Joan de Beauvoir de Havilland (October 22, 1917 – December 15, 2013), known professionally as Joan Fontaine, was a British-Americanactress distinguished singer.

She and her major sister Olivia de Havilland were two of the last predominant leading ladies from Hollywood donation the 1930s.
